First Birthday, first baby. 

Every Mother knows the emotional roller coaster of joy, sadness and unbelief that 365 days have passed since the first minute they held their precious, wet bundle of joy in their arms for the first time.

Documenting that wonderful event is always fun when you do a cake smash session. It's the first time they are allowed to dive right in and destroy the whole cake, all by themselves! It's so fun to watch and I loved capturing this sweet pictures of "L".

As a Mother myself, I love working with little ones as they explore, learn and try new things. A beautiful cake was something L was in LOVE with and soon found it's way into her mouth. But she kept looking at us, wondering, "Why aren't you stopping me? This usually doesn't happen!"

Yes, a job well done. Cake completely destroyed and a happy and very sugar high little ONE year old!
